Pullman Paris La Defense Hotel Courbevoie

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, it was spotless from top to bottom. The facilities were impressive, especially the spacious rooms with a great bathroom and shower. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a varied selection that kept us satisfied throughout our five-day stay. The staff, particularly Miss Mahrine, were friendly, attentive, and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to the metro and train station, and we appreciated being near a mall for shopping and having options for dining out.

I had a wonderful stay in a hotel located near the vibrant Esplanade area. It was convenient to have several restaurants in the nearby Westfield mall, perfect for satisfying my cravings. The hotel itself was in the city center, making it easy to explore. The staff members were fluent in English and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning before heading out for the day. it was a great experience.

The noise from the elevator was a bit bothersome, causing some disturbance during my stay.

We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff at Pullman went above and beyond to rectify it. They immediately provided us with a new room that was even better than the original one.

This hotel provided us with luxurious amenities that fulfilled our exclusive needs. the Spa & wellness center was outstanding, offering us full body massages and steam rooms that were worth the visit. the sun terrace was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The only minor issue was the bar/lounge area, which lacked the variety in its snack bar and special diet menus. the private facilities made up for it, providing us with exceptional services and exclusive advantages that elevated our experience to the next level.

From arrival to departure, we were treated like royalty at this hotel. the staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need, and the exclusive amenities made our stay feel luxurious. We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where we indulged in relaxing full body massages and steam room sessions. the sun terrace provided a lovely place to spend an afternoon, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful way to start the day.

The cleanliness of the rooms at Pullman was exceptional. I never had to worry about a speck of dust or a stray hair. Immaculate! One thing that stood out during my stay was the fantastic view from my room. It overlooked the district and was truly breathtaking. The central location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. It was right near the shopping center and many restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel had a convenient location, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the city. the staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

On the downside, there were some issues with the room that impacted our stay. the electrical socket in the wall was loose, which was not only inconvenient but also concerning for safety reasons.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé en bas d'une colline. La chambre était très propre avec un balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer. De plus, il y avait un frigidaire dans la chambre et une cuisine commune bien équipée. La propriétaire était très gentille et nous a donné de bons conseils pour les restaurants et les visites. En plus, l'emplacement était idéal car il était proche de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Il y avait une petite montée à faire pour revenir du centre-ville, mais cela semble être le cas pour la plupart des appartements de la région.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from a bustling shopping mall with plenty of eating and shopping options. The Metro station is also conveniently close by, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The sink in the room had some cracks, which was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food options. the location of the hotel was convenient for my needs, with easy access to public transportation.

the shower in my room was broken and despite notifying the staff, it was not fixed during the three days I was there.
